The short version. NEO-F has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your scenes, drawings and settings stay on your device. We never see your photos, videos or microphone audio — they are processed on your device and never uploaded. The only data that leaves your device is what Apple and our payment provider need to handle a purchase.
NEO-F is a projection-mapping app for iPhone and iPad, developed and operated by an independent developer (“we”, “us”). For any question about this policy or your data, write to nebusstartup@gmail.com.
Everything you create lives locally, in the app’s own storage on your device:
We do not have a server and cannot read any of this. It is not backed up to us. If your device backs up to iCloud, that copy is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not ours.
When you add an image or video to a shape, iOS shows its own picker and hands the app only the item you selected. The app stores a local reference to that item so it can display it again later. Your media is never uploaded, copied to a server, or shared with anyone. You can revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
If you turn on sound reactivity, the app asks for microphone permission and analyses incoming sound in real time so patterns can move with the music. Audio is never recorded, never written to disk and never transmitted. Only a loudness value is derived, used for the current frame, and discarded. You can revoke microphone access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone.
Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see or store your name, email, address or payment-card details. To unlock Pro content on your devices and to restore purchases, we use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous identifier, your purchase and subscription status, and basic device and country information. It does not receive your Apple ID or your payment details.

Because your content stays on your device, you are in full control of it. Deleting a scene inside the app removes it. Deleting the app removes everything it stored. To have purchase records associated with your anonymous identifier deleted, email us and we will request their removal from RevenueCat.
NEO-F is rated 4+ and is safe for all ages, but it is not directed at children specifically. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal data held about you. Since we hold no personal data about you on any server, most of these rights are satisfied by the fact that your data never leaves your device. For anything relating to purchase records, contact us at the address below and we will act within 30 days.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.

Bir sunucumuz yok ve bunların hiçbirini okuyamayız. Bize yedeklenmez. Cihazınız iCloud’a yedekleniyorsa o kopya bizim değil, Apple’ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Bir şekle görsel veya video eklediğinizde iOS kendi seçicisini gösterir ve uygulamaya yalnızca seçtiğiniz öğeyi verir. Uygulama, daha sonra tekrar gösterebilmek için o öğeye ait yerel bir referans saklar. Medyanız hiçbir zaman yüklenmez, bir sunucuya kopyalanmaz veya kimseyle paylaşılmaz. Fotoğraf erişimini istediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Fotoğraflar’dan geri alabilirsiniz.
Ses tepkisini açtığınızda uygulama mikrofon izni ister ve desenlerin müzikle birlikte hareket edebilmesi için gelen sesi gerçek zamanlı analiz eder. Ses hiçbir zaman kaydedilmez, diske yazılmaz ve iletilmez. Yalnızca bir yükseklik (şiddet) değeri hesaplanır, o karede kullanılır ve atılır. Mikrofon erişimini istediğiniz zaman iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → Mikrofon’dan geri alabilirsiniz.
Satın alma işlemleri Apple tarafından yürütülür. Adınızı, e-postanızı, adresinizi veya kart bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman görmez ve saklamayız. Pro içeriğini cihazlarınızda açmak ve satın almaları geri yüklemek için bir abonelik yönetim servisi olan RevenueCat’i kullanıyoruz. RevenueCat’e rastgele üretilmiş anonim bir kimlik, satın alma/abonelik durumunuz ile temel cihaz ve ülke bilgisi iletilir. Apple Kimliğiniz veya ödeme bilgileriniz iletilmez.

İçeriğiniz cihazınızda kaldığı için kontrol tamamen sizde. Uygulama içinde bir sahneyi silmeniz onu kaldırır. Uygulamayı silmeniz, sakladığı her şeyi kaldırır. Anonim kimliğinize bağlı satın alma kayıtlarının silinmesini isterseniz bize yazın; RevenueCat’ten kaldırılmasını talep edelim.
NEO-F 4+ yaş derecelidir ve her yaş için güvenlidir; ancak özel olarak çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklar dahil hiç kimseden bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamıyoruz.
Yaşadığınız yere bağlı olarak (örneğin KVKK, GDPR veya CCPA kapsamında) hakkınızdaki kişisel verilere erişme, düzeltme, taşıma veya silme haklarınız olabilir. Herhangi bir sunucuda hakkınızda kişisel veri tutmadığımız için bu hakların çoğu, verinizin cihazınızdan hiç çıkmıyor olmasıyla zaten karşılanır.
